In one of a seeming rash of similar stories – there were others elsewhere in the US and Australia – a 30-year-old patient was awarded $2.1m by a jury after evidence that neuropsychiatrist Donald Dudley, who died before trial, plotted to chemically erase part of the man’s brain as part of a plan to create a small army of trained killers.
