Microsoft
Microsoft contends that the distribution of the version of Windows required by Article 6(a) of the Decision (‘the Article 6 version’) would cause serious and irreparable harm to its reputation as a developer of quality software products.
Microsoft has been found guilty of abuse of market dominance in at least two accounts, but still says it worries about the reputation of the quality of its software.
Or, the amazing things that can be found in official orders.
The point of this case is of course that Microsoft’s reputation hardly matters when there isn’t any real competition left.
