It’s a Magical World ~ Bill Watterson

► door: A.IJ. van den Berg

This is the last of the regular Calvin and Hobbes collections, which makes it the one in which the story ends.

Yet, it doesn’t.

Bill Watterson chooses to give it an open end, after having made the comic strip ten successful years. It seems that regular readers were really shocked to learn Calvin and Hobbes stopped.

I see it a bit differently, and think this comic strip is very rereadable. Even though I know already how episodes end, like the current one online, that does not mean I necessarily have remembered all the jokes.
